CRC Promotes Brendan Ferrara to Financial Reporting Associate

Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Brendan Ferrara to the position of Financial Reporting Associate. He began his career with Continental Realty Corporation in 2014 as an Investor Reporting intern.

In his new position, Mr. Ferrara will interact with the company’s asset management team to handle responsibilities that include internal reporting, investor reporting and general accounting assignments. Continental Realty Corporation oversees several private equity funds which own and manage diverse multi-family and retail properties throughout targeted markets in the United States. Fund investors include a mix of investment advisors, institutional investors, high net worth individuals, foundations and endowments.
