CRC invests in a diverse and balanced portfolio of multifamily apartment and retail properties. We secure long-term fixed-rate debt with flexible prepayment terms, and have maintained a conservative debt structure throughout our history. Additionally, we focus on buying properties below the replacement cost.
CRC’s approach is patient and deliberate, conservative, and focused on consistent cash flows. Experience, and a reputation for doing what we say we are going to do, often makes us the buyer of choice, even if we are not the highest bidder. We carefully examine the potential downside and risks associated with a property before moving forward with a strategic plan.
CRC’s growth strategy is to continue expansion into the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions of the United States with value add communities and shopping centers.
