Continental Realty Corporation Selects Lisa Haney As Senior Property Manager

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the selection of Lisa Haney as Senior Property Manager – Commercial Division. She was previously Director of Property Management for Broad Reach Retail Partners.

In her new role, Haney will direct day-to-day property management and asset management functions for CRC’s portfolio of retail shopping centers situated throughout Maryland, Florida and Georgia. This includes overseeing third-party management companies, managing tenant relations activities, analyzing and preparing budgets and executing capital improvement strategies that will assure the long-term value of each commercial asset.

Haney brings more than 17 years of commercial real estate and property management experience to CRC. During her time with Broad Reach Retail Partners, she oversaw property management functions for a portfolio comprised of more than two million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Haney also worked as a Property Manager for Holland Properties Management.

Haney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business and holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
