Continental Realty Corporation Promotes Amy Price To Assistant Vice President, Learning And Development, Multifamily Operations

BALTIMORE, MD (July 2, 2026) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a privately held Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 16 states with a portfolio value of approximately $5 billion, has promoted Amy Price to Assistant Vice President, Learning and Development, Multifamily Operations. Price will provide educational and personal growth opportunities to support the continued development of the company’s multifamily division. CRC currently owns and manages more than 10,000 apartment homes across six states.

Price, who joined the company in 2016, brings more than 10 years of diversified real estate experience to the position and was formerly Senior Marketing and Training Specialist. Price will lead the rollout of new mentorship programs and create pathways for team members to gain exposure to opportunities across all levels of the multifamily division. This includes involvement in the launch of new products and tools that aid career advancement and education, and serving as the main point of contact for policy updates and reviews.

Price earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication from Stevenson University and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Anne Arundel Community College. Price holds a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) credential from the National Apartment Association.
