CRC Promotes Abby White to Community Manager of The Flats at Ballantyne

BALTIMORE, MD (March 5, 2020) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Abby White to Community Manager of The Flats at Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. White joined the company in 2016 and was most recently the Assistant Community Manager for Mill works Apartments in Atlanta, Georgia.

Located at 9550 Community Commons Lane, The Flats at Ballantyne is a multifamily community offering studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 613 to 1,479 square feet of space with 20 different layouts available. Each apartment home contains a stainless-steel appliance package, granite countertops, large kitchen with bar seating and oversized windows.On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art community clubroom equipped with a resort-style saltwater pool, fitness center, conference room, gaming area and pet grooming studio.

Ms. White will oversee the day-to-day leasing and property management functions for The Flats at Ballantyne in this new role. Her responsibilities includes supervising and providing support to the on-site leasing team to maintain high leasing levels, and working with the asset management professionals to assure the proper upkeep of the community with a pro-active approach. Ms. White will also perform outreach activities with the nearby community to become ingrained with local businesses and neighborhood groups, as well as working with third-party vendors.

White earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from Towson University and Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association.
