Alex Frame Joins Continental Realty Corporation As Assistant Vice President, Corporate Systems

BALTIMORE, MD (July 10, 2026) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a privately held Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 16 states with a portfolio value of approximately $5 billion, has selected Alex Frame as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Systems. Formerly Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles. Frame brings nearly nine years of related analytics, business intelligence, systems integration, and real estate experience to this newly created role.

He will help lead the design, integration, and optimization of CRC’s enterprise technology platforms, with a focus on advancing automation, analytics, reporting, and system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Frame previously held business intelligence and data analyst roles with RPM Living and Greystar Real Estate Partners, where he supported reporting, data governance, system integration, and analytics initiatives across large-scale real estate operating platforms. Earlier in his career, he served with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, where he managed and enhanced program databases and reporting tools. Frame earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University and completed a Data Analysis and Visualization Certificate Program through the University of Texas at Austin.
