Thomas Gibson Joins Continental Realty Corporation As Property Manager In Commercial Division

BALTIMORE, MD (January 14, 2024) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company with a portfolio value exceeding $4 billion across 13 states, has selected Thomas Gibson as Property Manager-Commercial Division. Gibson, who brings more than 11 years of directly-related asset and property management experience to CRC, was formerly Senior Community Manager for Greystar.

In his new role, Gibson will handle day-to-day asset and property management functions for a portfolio of CRC commercial properties situated in Maryland and Virginia. His responsibilities include managing tenant relations activities, overseeing third-party management companies, analyzing and preparing budgets, and executing capital improvement strategies that will assure the long-term value of each commercial asset.

In addition to his experience with Greystar, Gibson has held property, portfolio, and community manager positions with Avenue5, WashingtonREIT and Stellar Realty. He earned a degree in Exercise–Sports Science from East Carolina University.
