FS8, Fitness Concept Fusing Pilates, Tone And Yoga Modalities, Selects Park Plaza For Second Baltimore-Area Location

BALTIMORE, MD (February 4, 2026) – FS8, a fitness concept fusing Pilates, tone and yoga modalities have selected Park Plaza in Severna Park as the site for the second location in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. Franchise owners Gina Barton and Jennifer Bergman have signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 5,077 square feet of space at the nearly 185,000 square foot shopping center located at 550 Ritchie Highway, with intentions to become operational this spring. This represents the first franchise opening for Barton and Bergman, who plan additional locations locally. Roseanne Holmes, Commercial Leasing Associate for CRC represented the landlord and John Rosso and Ryan Brant of Rosso Commercial, together with Marcie Campbell of Locate AI, represented the tenant in this transaction.

FS8 stands for Functional Style and the eight key elements of a meaningful workout: cardio, mobility, posture, coordination, resistance, mental health, balance, and flexibility. Each 50-minute class is thoughtfully sequenced to deliver a full-body training experience that is both challenging and accessible for all levels.
