Revival IV Lounge Chooses Lakeside Village For Inaugural Location In Greater Tampa, Florida Metropolitan Area
BALTIMORE, MD (January 15, 2026) – Revival IV Lounge, a health and wellness concept that currently operates nine locations throughout central Florida, has selected Lakeside Village in Lakeland, Florida for its inaugural location in the greater Tampa metropolitan area. Franchise owner Amber Sexton, a registered nurse who has worked with the company for more than five years, signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 1,826 square feet of space, with intentions to begin operations by mid-year at the 460,000 square foot super-regional lifestyle center, located at 1489 Town Center Drive. Kristin Perry, Senior Leasing Manager, Retail Leasing for CRC represented the landlord and Nick Anthony of TSCG represented the tenant in this transaction.
