Barre Fusion, a fitness and exercise concept that combines Pilates with barre programs, and Organically Twisted, which had its origins as a food truck and is now opening its first retail location in the Naples area, have signed leases with Continental Realty Corp. for space at Marquesa Plaza at 3370 Pine Ridge Road, Naples. Rob Carroll of Investment Properties Corp. (IPC) represented Continental Realty Corp. and Bill Wolf of CRE Consultants represented Barre Fusion in the lease transaction. Tara Stokes of IPC represented Continental Realty Corp. and Hamish Williams of Equity Inc. represented Organically Twisted in this transaction.
