Back Nine Golf Franchise Owner Chooses North Bridges Shopping Center For Entry Into Alpharetta, Georgia Marketplace
BALTIMORE, MD (August 6, 2026) – Back Nine Golf franchise owner Jarrad Vaughn has selected North Bridges Shopping Center as the site for the indoor golf simulator concept’s first location in Alpharetta, Georgia. The entrepreneur signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 2,429 square feet of space and expects to open this fall in the nearly 107,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Jones Bridge and State Bridge roads. Monica Johnson, Senior Leasing Associate, Retail Leasing for CRC and Skyline Seven Real Estate’s Kim Moore represented the landlord, and Morrow Hill’s Chad Littleton represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
“Back Nine Golf makes the game more accessible by giving experienced golfers, beginners and families a place to play, practice and connect regardless of the weather, season or time of day,” said Kristina O’Keefe, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations for Continental Realty Corporation. “With numerous public and private golf courses throughout the surrounding area, Alpharetta is a natural fit for a year-round indoor golf experience offering advanced simulator technology, professional instruction, leagues and social play. Bringing Back Nine Golf to North Bridges reflects CRC’s commitment to evolving our centers alongside the communities they serve and introducing experiences that extend beyond traditional shopping.”
Vaughn explains that Back Nine Golf utilizes “cutting edge Full Swing Simulators which provide golfers with real-time feedback on the user’s swing, ball speed, launch angle and other data points.” Participants can challenge themselves by playing a simulation game on nearly any golf course in the world, spend time perfecting their swings, or participate in leagues and tournaments. Professional Golf Association professionals will be available for lessons, and Back Nine Golf utilizes technology replicating the setups used in The Golf League, which was founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlory. The facility will be open 24 hours a day and seven days per week.
“Back Nine Golf was designed to bring a country club experience to an indoor environment,” explained Vaughn, who also owns and operates a Primrose School franchise locally. “Memberships are available, but we also welcome walk-ins looking for extra practice and training time, especially when the weather in inclement. North Bridges Shopping Center was the perfect venue for our concept, based on the surrounding demographics and the multiple public and private golf courses.”
North Bridges Shopping Center, anchored by Goodwill, ALDI and Big Blue Swim School, features nearing 20 retailers and a mix of sit-down, quick-service and fast-casual restaurants. The center is shadow-anchored by Pep Boys and is 100 percent leased. More than 54,000 vehicles pass North Bridges Shopping Center daily. Nearly 200,000 people reside within a five-mile radius of the center, including more than 72,000 households with an average household income exceeding $130,000.
