CRC Promotes Tom Bosley to Service Manager of Ridge Gardens Apartments

CRC has announced the promotion of Tom Bosley to the Service Manager of Ridge Gardens Apartments. Formerly the Service Manager for Cardiff Hall Apartments in Towson, Maryland, Mr. Bosley has worked for the company since 2011.

In his new position, Mr. Bosley will focus on a wide variety of responsibilities at Ridge Gardens Apartments, a 605-unit multifamily community located in the Parkville area of Baltimore County. This includes handling service calls to address items in need of repair in the apartment homes, proactively performing maintenance throughout the community, training team members, scheduling appointments, maintaining the common areas and supervising the activities of third-party vendors.

“Tom’s demonstrated ability to successfully oversee the comprehensive renovation and repositioning activities at both Cardiff Hall and Stevenson Lane Apartments simultaneously are indicative of his tremendous value to the company,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Operations, Multifamily of CRC. “This promotion reflects our extreme confidence in his skillset and total understanding of the service team’s value to the community. Tom continues to nurture relationships with team members, residents and vendors and is both a leader and mentor to his team.”

Mr. Bosley brings more than 20 years of experience to this new position and formerly worked with The Shelter Group and Town & Country Apartments.
