CRC Promotes Ryan Lacy To Commercial Administrative Assistant

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Ryan Lacy to Commercial Administrative Assistant. Mr. Lacy joined CRC in 2017 and was formerly a Leasing Specialist at Padonia Village Apartments.

At Padonia Village Apartments, Mr. Lacy assisted with leasing activities for the 554-unit apartment home community located at 88 E. Padonia Road in the Timonium section of Baltimore County. He was also involved in the renovation initiative at the multifamily community that included replacement of all washer and dryer units, conversion of the community center into a fitness center, renovation of the community office, updating of the pool area, and the addition of a dog park.

In his new role, Mr. Lacy will handle a variety of responsibilities in support of CRC’s Commercial Operations and Leasing teams. He will assist with property management activities for CRC’s portfolio of retail centers and multifamily communities, provide help with leasing assignments and direct the efforts of vendors to assure the long-term value of each asset.

Prior to joining CRC, he worked as a Wardrobe Consultant at Men’s Warehouse.

Mr. Lacy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Towson University and is a National Apartment Leasing Professional. He was named as the Maryland Multi-Housing Association Leasing Consultant of the year and a earned a second-place finish in CRC’s Leasing Games. He has completed many continuing education courses and has promoted CRC at career fairs held at Towson University and Morgan State University. Mr. Lacy also participated in a charity walk sponsored by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
