CRC Promotes Lauren Wayne to Controller for Fund Investments
BALTIMORE, MD (March 31, 2016) – Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Lauren Wayne to Controller for Fund Investments. Formerly Director of Investor Reporting, Ms. Wayne has worked with the company since 2010.
In her new position, Ms. Wayne will oversee all accounting functions, investor relations and day-to-day reporting responsibilities relating to Continental Realty Corporation’s private equity funds which own and manage diverse multi-family and retail properties throughout targeted markets in the United States. Fund investors include a mix of investment advisors, institutional investors, high net worth individuals, foundations and endowments.
