CRC has announced the promotion of Jake Weiland to Community Manager of Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments. Mr. Weiland, formerly Community Manager at Ridge Gardens Apartments, has worked with the company since 2008.

In his new position, Mr. Weiland will oversee day-to-day property management and leasing functions for the 567-unit multifamily community located on 8951 Waltham Road in the Parkville section of Baltimore County. He will work with on-site professionals – the service technicians and the leasing and property management team – to ensure the maintenance of the community and to maintain leasing levels. He will also engage with residents, local community members, and third-party vendors to receive feedback and to initiate projects that benefit the multifamily community.

“Jake has been instrumental in the oversight of on-site construction contractor teams on comprehensive capital projects initiatives. He has valuable, hands-on experience,” stated Scott Hamlin, Vice President of the CRC Multifamily division. “Throughout his CRC career, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to work with others, and an infectious do-it-now attitude. We also respect his passion for continuing education. The way he invests in courses that improve and round out his industry knowledge is truly inspiring.”

Mr. Weiland has more than eleven years of experience in the multifamily industry, including a position as a leasing professional for Multi-Properties, Inc.
