Amy Price Promotion Assistant Property Manager

CRC has announced the promotion of Amy Price to Assistant Property Manager of Courthouse Square Apartments. Price joined the company in 2016 and formerly functioned as Leasing Consultant at Donnybrook Apartments.

In her new position, Ms. Price will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing Courthouse Square, a multifamily apartment community located in the Towson section of Baltimore County. This includes leading the leasing team to satisfy monthly benchmarks and managing overall performance goals. She will also assist with the oversight of the property management functions, engage with residents and become integrated in the community.

“Amy’s promotion is in recognition of her outstanding performance to elevate and maintain the high occupancy level at Donnybrook Apartments, coupled with her extensive knowledge and understanding of the company’s multifamily leasing and property management protocols,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Multifamily Property Management for CRC. “She has enthusiastically embraced the importance of gathering and interpreting market data as it relates to achieving sales goals and is ready to assume greater responsibilities within our company.”

Ms. Price brought more than five years of business experience to Continental Realty Corporation, based on previous positions with R.E. Michel and Tryko Partners. She earned an Associate of Sciences degree in Business Management from Anne Arundel Community College.
