CRC Appoints Kevin Stahl to Construction Operations Coordinator for Multifamily Division
CRC has announced the appointment of Kevin Stahl to Construction Operations Coordinator in the Multifamily Division. Formerly the Assistant Community Manager at Padonia Village Apartments, Mr. Stahl has worked for the company since 2015.
In his new position, Mr. Stahl will handle a wide variety of responsibilities in support of the Multifamily Construction department and the Procurement department including assisting with capital improvements and construction projects across the portfolio. This includes involvement with scheduling, procurement activities and assisting with the oversight of third-party subcontractors.
“Kevin’s exposure to various multifamily improvement projects within the company has provided him with a diverse set of experience and perspectives, which make him an ideal candidate for this new position,” stated David Hoyle, Regional Portfolio Manager for CRC. “Kevin’s excellent performance and involvement with a significant multifamily renovation program demonstrated his ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and we have extreme confidence in his ability to flourish in this new role.”
