Continental Realty Corporation Completes Sale Of 126,000 Square Foot Towne Square In Ocoee, Florida For $18.1 Million

BALTIMORE, MD (December 17, 2025) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), on behalf of Continental Realty Fund III, LP, has completed the sale of Towne Square, a neighborhood shopping center located at 11029 West Colonial Drive in Ocoee, Florida, for $18.1 million. The 126,000-square-foot retail center, which is anchored by Gabe’s and My Salon Suite, was acquired by JBL Asset Management, a Florida-based real estate investment manager. Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of Colliers International represented CRC in this transaction.

CRC acquired Towne Square in 2015 and identified substantial opportunity in the rapidly-expanding Orlando metropolitan area. Over the course of its ownership, CRC completed leases with numerous new tenants in addition to renewing existing tenants, and invested in physical improvements that included parking lot enhancements and a refreshed exterior paint scheme. These efforts enhanced the center’s customer experience and long-term competitiveness.

The center serves a dense and established trade area with more than 80,000 consumers and nearly 27,000 households within a three-mile radius. Towne Square is located at the intersection of West Colonial and Maguire roads, less than one mile from Orlando Health Central Hospital, a major regional employer with more than 1,500 employees.
