Barre Fusion Pilates and Barre Studio and Organically Twisted Sign Leases at Marquesa Plaza

Barre Fusion, a fitness and exercise concept that combines Pilates with barre programs, and Organically Twisted, which had its origins as a food truck and is now opening its first retail location in the Naples area, have signed leases with Continental Realty Corporation for space at Marquesa Plaza. The 115,000 square foot shopping center is located on 3370 Pine Ridge Road.

According to owner Lisa Daniel, her concept is the only one in the Naples region that combines the two exercise disciplines of Pilates and Barre, with high-energy and intensive classes. “Participants are directed through a regime that features thirty minutes of Barre, followed by 30 minutes of Pilates utilizing light weights and pilates machines,” she explained. Barre Fusion is a unique blend of Pilates principles, strength training and high-energy effective workouts.

“I have been a frequent visitor to Marquesa Plaza for the past ten years, and it is surrounded by the type of clientele that typically embrace these concepts, from ages 25 to 65. In addition, several country clubs are within close proximity,” she added.
