26 CRC Multifamily Communities Earn Superior Rating From Third-Party Resident Survey Satisfacts
Baltimore, MD (May 4, 2020) – Twenty-six multifamily communities, owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), have earned superior ratings based on the comments and evaluations of current residents living within each multifamily development. The annual survey is compiled by SatisFacts, a third-party entity that utilizes data from current residents concerning overall satisfaction and ways to improve the residential experience. Last year, 22 CRC communities were included on the list.
More than 80% of all CRC multifamily communities achieved the “A” List designation. Twelve of the apartment communities are positioned in Baltimore County, Maryland including Cardiff Hall East, Courthouse Square, The Crossings at White Marsh, Doncaster Village, Donnybrook, Kenilworth at Charles, Kenilworth at Perring Park, McDonogh Township, Padonia Village, Ridge Gardens, Riverstone at Owings Mills and Stevenson Lane. Six of the properties are located in Baltimore City, including Brook View, Cross Country Manor, Falls Village, Kenilworth at Hazelwood & Windridge, Mount Ridge and Northwood Ridge. Four CRC multifamily communities in Raleigh, North Carolina were included: The Edison Lofts, St. Mary’s Square and Village Apartments. The remaining properties consisted of The Edison Lofts, St. Mary’s Square and Village Apartments in Northern Virginia, Westwinds in the Annapolis section of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, The Flats at Ballantyne, in Charlotte, North Carolina, Millworks in Atlanta, Georgia and Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms in Tampa,Florida.
CRC also earned the National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company award for overall excellence.
