Paris Baguette Franchise Owner Pratik Patel Selects Park Plaza In Severna Park For Newest Baltimore-Area Location

BALTIMORE, MD (March 9, 2026) – Paris Baguette franchise owner Pratik Patel has selected Park Plaza in Severna Park as the site for the newest neighborhood bakery-style café in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. The entrepreneur, who also owns and operates several Big Chicken and Marble Slab Creamery franchises locally, signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 2,889 square feet of space at the nearly 185,000 square foot shopping center located at 550 Ritchie Highway, with intentions to become operational this summer. Patel also owns a Paris Baguette in Towson, and four cafés operated by different owners are open throughout the local region. CRC Senior Commercial Leasing Associate Paul Weinberg represented the landlord and John Rosso of Rosso Commercial represented the tenant in this transaction.

Paris Baguette specializes in creating cakes, donuts, croissants and pastries, tarts and other menu items including quiches, and croquettes. Hot drink options include Lavazza coffees, lattes and teas, with iced beverages featuring cold brew coffees and iced teas. Paris Baguette also markets frozen beverage options such as frappes and smoothies.
