New Lease Signings Increase Marquesa Plaza’s Total Occupancy to 94%

Synergy Chiropractic & Health Center and Larson Education have signed leases with Continental Realty Corp. for nearly 8,000 square feet of retail space within Marquesa Plaza, a 115,000 square foot shopping center on 3370 Pine Ridge Road in Naples. Rob Carroll and Tara Stokes (respectively) of IPC Naples represented the landlord in these transactions. These signings bring Marquesa Plaza’s total occupancy to 94 percent.
