JEM Wellness Brands Selects Fox River Commons In Naperville For Second Crunch Fitness Location In Greater Chicago Market
BALTIMORE, MD (March 17, 2026) – Crunch Fitness franchise owner JEM Wellness Brands has selected Fox River Commons for its inaugural site in Naperville, Illinois, marking its second in the greater Chicago market, and is expected to open this fall. JEM Wellness Brands signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 32,744 square feet of space and will occupy the former Bed Bath & Beyond space in the 241,524 square foot shopping center located at 704 Illinois Route 59. Cherene Keenan, Senior Leasing Manager, Anchor Leasing Specialist for CRC represented the landlord and Newmark’s Holly Estler, Larry Kling, and James Schutter represented the tenant.

The new club will offer residents a premium fitness experience with top-tier equipment, innovative group fitness classes, and a welcoming “No Judgments” philosophy. Crunch Naperville is expected to create approximately 50 jobs.

Nearly 60,000 vehicles pass the site daily via Route 59, with an additional 36,000 passing via W. Ogden Avenue.
