CRC Selects Rob Van Laer as Maintenance Facilities Coordinator

Rob Van Laer has been promoted to the position of Maintenance Facilities Coordinator. Formerly Service Manager for Kenilworth at Charles Apartments in Towson, Mr. Van Laer has worked for the company for more than 11 years.

In his new role, Mr. Van Laer will assist the company’s Operations team with maintenance-related projects including the reporting of new issues, providing support to the apartment communities regarding inspections, safety procedures and capital improvements. He will also lend assistance, as needed, with various projects within the Multifamily division.

Throughout his career with CRC, Mr. Van Laer has functioned in a variety of positions including Maintenance Technician, Service Manager and Maintenance Training Coordinator.
