CRC Promotes Nick DePriest-Bishop to Assistant Property Manager – Commercial Division

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Nick DePriest-Bishop to Assistant Property Manager – Commercial Division. Previously Project Engineer in the company’s Multifamily Construction Department, DePriest-Bishop has worked with CRC since 2013.

DePriest-Bishop will handle property management responsibilities for a number of CRC’s commercial assets in the Maryland portfolio. This includes overseeing proactive property maintenance and capital improvement projects, maintaining tenant relations, handling lease compliance issues and preparing and adhering to budgets.

Throughout his career with CRC, DePriest-Bishop has managed several multifamily renovation projects to completion, assisted with due diligence and takeovers, and assisted with ongoing capital improvement projects throughout the CRC portfolio.

DePriest-Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Towson University and volunteers his time with the Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Baltimore.
