CRC Promotes Lauren Henderson to Multifamily Lease Administration Manager

Lauren Henderson Multifamily Lease Administration Manager

CRC has announced the promotion of Lauren Henderson to the Multifamily Lease Administration Manager. Ms. Henderson has worked for the company since 2000 and was formerly a Multifamily Lease Administrator.

In her new position, Ms. Henderson will oversee all day-to-day functions of the in-house Lease Administration department, with a focus on formulating and executing standardized practices aimed at elevating operational efficiencies. This includes functioning as a liaison with various internal and external teams to maintain peak operational tactics with company stakeholders, as well as maintaining the accounting responsibilities for a portfolio of multifamily communities.

“Lauren has functioned in numerous roles within the company for nearly 20 years and she is extremely well versed in all aspects of multifamily operations with a specialty in the accounting discipline,” stated Scott Hamlin, Vice President of the CRC Multifamily division. “We intend to draw on this experience as we devise policies to streamline and simplify lease administration protocols within the markets the company is entering into or expanding within. Her insights, problem-solving ability and overall familiarity with the company will prove invaluable as we strive for this consistency and standardization.”
