CRC Promotes Alfonso Asitimbay to Junior Service Technician at Doncaster Village Apartments
CRC has announced the promotion of Alfonso Asitimbay to Junior Service Technician at Doncaster Village Apartments. He was formerly Porter at Doncaster Village and has worked for the company since 2017.
In his new role, Mr. Asitimbay will support the day-to-day maintenance functions associated with the multifamily community located at 1 Dalmeny Court in the Parkville section of Baltimore County. This includes handling work order requests, executing apartment turnovers for new residents, performing snow removal and landscape-related activities and acting as a resource for the community.
“Alfonso brings enthusiasm and a passion to perform at an extremely high level to his job on a daily basis,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Operations, Multifamily of CRC. “This positive attitude, combined with a strong skill set that enables him to perform his job at a high level, represent the reasons for his deserved promotion.”
Mr. Asitimbay brings more than seven years of experience to this new role, holding previous service-related positions with ABC Services of Maryland.
