Continental Realty Corporation Appoints Bianca Lanier as Marketing and Training Strategist

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the hiring of Bianca Lanier as Marketing and Training Strategist. She formerly worked for Landmark Properties as Area Resident Services and Operations Manager.

In her new position, Lanier, who is based in North Carolina, will handle numerous responsibilities to support the marketing and team member training needs of CRC’s multifamily communities in the southeastern U.S. This will include scheduling and executing leasing meetings, performing advertising analytics, completing onboard training, negotiating advertising contracts, mentoring team members success and leading classes in Continental Realty University, the company’s comprehensive in-house training and continuing education program.

Lanier brings more than seven years of experience in residential leasing, sales and property management to CRC. Prior to working at Landmark Properties, she handled leasing, marketing and property management activities for Asset Campus Housing and Blue Ridge Companies. In addition to pursuing a degree in Communications & Marketing at Purdue University Northwest, Lanier received the 2020 NAREB / Zillow Real Estate Scholar and in 2021 completed her NC Real Estate Pre-licensing from Southern Choice Academy. She also earned her National Apartment Leasing Professional designation from the National Apartment Association.
