CRC Promotes Daniel Woodall to Community Manager of Cardiff Hall Apartments

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Daniel Woodall to Community Manager of Cardiff Hall Apartments in Baltimore County. Formerly Assistant Community Manager at The Crossings at White Marsh Apartments, Woodall joined the company in 2016.

Cardiff Hall Apartments, located at 8001 York Road in Towson, consists of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as two and three bedroom townhomes ranging from 574 to 1,436 square feet of space. Each unit features in-unit washers and dryers, dishwasher appliances, upgraded kitchens and reserved parking for residents. The community is situated within close proximity to Towson University and numerous retail centers including Towson Town Center. Public transportation including bus lines and the Maryland Light Rail are available within walking distance.

In his new role, Woodall will manage all day-to-day leasing and property management activities at the 127-unit community with a focus on directing the efforts of the on-site team to assure high occupancy levels. He will also interact with the local community to establish and strengthen relationships to benefit Cardiff Hall Apartments, as well as take responsibility for customized marketing activities that attract residents. Woodall will also oversee the on-site property management team with a pro-active approach.

Woodall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Towson University. He earned his National Accredited Leasing Professional designation from the National Apartment Association.
