26 CRC Multifamily Communities Selected for “Top Rated Award” by Apartmentratings.com

Twenty-six separate multifamily communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) have been recognized for the “Top Rated Award” by ApartmentRatings.com, accounting for nearly 80% of the company’s national portfolio. All data for the rankings is compiled from “authentic resident reviews and feedback” based on overall live-ability and service performance. To qualify, each multifamily community must receive at least 10 reviews and achieve a score of 70% or higher.

The winning communities in Baltimore County, Maryland are: Crossings at White Marsh, Courthouse Square, Doncaster Village, Donnybrook, Kenilworth at Charles, Kenilworth at Perring Park, McDonogh Township, Padonia Village, Ridge Gardens, Riverstone at Owings Mills and Stevenson Lane. Baltimore City-area properties are Brookview, Cross Country Manor, Falls Village, Kenilworth at Hazelwood, Mount Ridge, Northwood Ridge. The Westwinds in the Annapolis section of Anne Arundel County also made the list.

Additional communities recognized are: 101 North Ripley in Virginia; Millworks in Georgia; The Bluestone in South Carolina and The Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms in Florida. North Carolina-area communities honored include: The Edison Lofts, The Flats at Ballantyne, St. Mary’s Square and The Village Apartments
