Josh Dinstein
Senior Vice President, Acquisitions
Josh serves as Senior Vice President of the Acquisition Team at CRC and focuses his attention on the growth of the real estate portfolio. Prior to joining CRC, Josh served as Managing Director at Garrison Investment Group, where he oversaw real estate strategy, investments, development, leasing, management and disposition. Earlier he was a Portfolio Manager in the Special Situations Group at Kimco Realty Corporation, where he was responsible for distressed investing.
Way of Life
Josh is passionate about investing, commercial real estate, travel and the arts. A lifelong New Yorker, Josh enjoys spending time with his family in and around New York City, where they actively explore its parks, sporting events and culture. He and his family are enthusiastic travelers, and Josh has been to almost all 50 states in the US, not to mention thousands of grocery stores.
