CRC Promotion Nick DePriest-Bishop Project Engineer

CRC has announced the promotion of Nick DePriest-Bishop to Project Engineer in the construction department. Mr. DePriest-Bishop, who joined the company in 2013, formerly functioned as Service Coordinator.

Mr. DePriest-Bishop’s expanded responsibilities will focus on the execution of the upcoming interior and exterior renovation program for Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments. His primary duties will entail assisting with the long-term staging and coordination of the improvement project, including managing the schedules of third-party construction teams and vendors, and overseeing activities. Mr. DePriest-Bishop will also troubleshoot potential problems, address all safety components of the construction program, work to minimize the disruption to existing residents and improve the level of customer service.

Mr. DePriest-Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Towson University. He previously worked for Lowe’s Home Improvement and Best Buy.

“Nick is extremely familiar with the protocols of CRC’s project improvement programs and has demonstrated the ability to successfully complete recent efforts in the Baltimore area,” stated Maura Howard, Regional Portfolio Manager for CRC. “He impresses everyone with his knowledge of the construction craft, ability to work effectively with others and desire to learn new things to better himself. Nick richly deserves this promotion.”
