CRC promotes Matt Liskey to Senior IT Support Analyst

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Matt Liskey to Senior IT Support Analyst. Formerly IT Analyst, Liskey has worked for CRC since 2014.

Among the priorities of his new position are managing the technology implementation for all new multifamily properties acquired by CRC, and assisting with the execution of best practice applications related to information technology processes throughout the company.

“Matt brings creative ideas and energy to every assignment and his ability to quickly find solutions to information technology problems makes a significant impact on our company,” stated Jeff Rines, Senior Director of Information Technology at CRC. “He consistently keeps pace with technology changes to remain informed and updated on new processes that can positively impact the company, and is a self-starter with excellent communication skills. This promotion reflects his high importance to the company.”

Liskey brings more than 20 years of business and information technology experience to this position, having held industry-related roles with Katz Abosch, Advance Business Systems and the Penn State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He earned a degree in Information Technology/Business from York Technical Institute.
