CRC Promotes Jennifer Davis to Training Specialist

Jennifer Davis Promotion Assistant Community Manager

CRC has announced the promotion of Jennifer Davis to the position of Training Specialist in the Multifamily Division. She has worked with the company since 2016 and was formerly Assistant Community Manager at Riverstone at Owings Mills Apartments.

In her new position, Ms. Davis will assist with the implementation and teaching of specified sales protocols to CRC leasing professionals working throughout the company’s multifamily portfolio. This includes working one-on-one to refine leasing techniques, staging mock sales presentations and demonstrating methods to interpret data in local markets to assist with the sale process.

Ms. Davis began her career with CRC as a Leasing Specialist at The Crossings at White Marsh Apartments. She also functioned as a Leasing Trainer for David S. Brown Enterprises, a local multifamily real estate development company.

“Jennifer has excelled in every role she has performed with the company and has earned this promotion based on her tremendous work ethic and refined understanding of the multifamily industry and our objectives,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Operations, Multifamily for CRC. “She brings enthusiasm and an appetite for excellence to every assignment, coupled with an outstanding skill set.”

Ms. Davis earned a degree in News and Sports Broadcasting from the Broadcast Institute of Maryland and holds a National Apartment Leasing Professional designation.
