CRC Promotes Brandi Jordan to Assistant Community Manager

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Brandi Jordan to Assistant Community Manager for Kenilworth at Hazelwood and Windridge Apartments. She has worked within the Multifamily Division of the company since 2018.

In her new role, Ms. Jordan will assist with multiple leasing and property management functions for Kenilworth at Hazelwood and Windridge Apartments, a multifamily community situated on 5738 Cedonia Avenue in Baltimore City. The community offers a full complement of apartment homes ranging from one-bedroom floorplans beginning at 477 square feet of space to three-bedroom options topping out at 1,101 square feet of space. Amenities available to all residents include an outdoor swimming, laundry centers positioned throughout the community and an active event programming schedule.

During her time with CRC, Ms.Jordan has effectively handled leasing responsibilities with a focus on managing resident-related activities. She earned a National Apartment of Leasing Professionals designation from the National Apartment Association.
