CRC Holds Leasing Games Competition for Professional Development and Team Building

Leasing Games - press releaseContinental Realty Corporation (CRC), a full-service commercial real estate investment and property management company, held its third annual “Leasing Games” competition, an off-site event designed for professional development and team building purposes. The competitive event involved the company’s leasing professionals and assistant property managers that work at Continental Realty’s apartment communities throughout the Maryland and Northern Virginia region.

Employees were placed within teams and competed in five different competitive exercises that include telephone performance analysis; residential management; follow-up telephone calls; product demonstration and a booth utilizing the game Taboo as a fun way to help team members focus on enhancing their communication skills. Participants competed in these venues by demonstrating the critical sales skills necessary to successfully run a multi-million dollar property. An awards dinner followed the competition.
