CRC Hires Stefanie Simpson as Commercial Lease Administrator
Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has selected Stefanie Simpson as Commercial Lease Administrator. She was previously a Senior Lease Analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle.
In her new role, Ms. Simpson will be responsible for the tracking and processing of commercial and retail leases throughout the Continental Realty Corporation portfolio. Her responsibilities include working closely with the company’s Property Management and Leasing teams to assure accuracy and the timely execution of the leases.
Ms. Simpson brings more than sixteen years of progressive business and real estate experience to the company. In addition to her position with JLL, she functioned as a Human Resources Coordinator for AmerisourceBergen.
