CRC Attracts More Than 29,000 SF of Leasing to Waterford Park with New Tenants and Expansion Space

Continental Realty Corporation has announced the completion of more than 29,000 square feet of leasing activity at Waterford Park, a 110,000 square foot mixed-use project in Orlando, FL that features commercial office, medical and retail space. The leasing includes the addition of ten new tenants, and the expansion of three existing tenants. Since acquiring the project in late 2012, Continental Realty has increased occupancy from 39% to more than 90%.

The new tenants include the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Fidelity National Title, The Orlando Law Group, Dave Schmitt Engineering and TOPdesk USA. Existing tenants that have expanded their office space requirement within the project include First American Title, Natus Medical and Women’s Family Law Firm. Nicholas Fouraker and Wesley Hughes with BishopBeale represented the Landlord on all the new transactions.

Located at 12301 Lake Underhill Road in the Waterford Lakes section of Orlando, the Class “A” Mediterranean-style mixed-use project is situated within close proximity to the University of Central Florida and the Lake Underhill Road campus of Florida Hospital. Completed in 2008, the two-story property offers direct roadside visibility from Florida Route 408 (Spessard L. Holland East-West Expressway) and North Alafaya Trail.
