CRC Appoints David Hoyle as Regional Property Manager

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has appointed David Hoyle to the position of Regional Property Manager in CRC’s Multifamily Division. He formerly worked for Home Properties as Regional Property Manager.

In his new role, Mr. Hoyle will oversee the day-to-day property management functions for a portion of the company’s portfolio of apartment communities, which consists of nearly 10,000 units located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country. This includes working to achieve higher operational efficiency and integrating new properties into the property management system. Mr. Hoyle will also manage the execution of proper maintenance protocols and tenant relations, oversee budgets and negotiate and supervise service contracts.

He brings more than 16 years of progressive property management experience to the company, having also held management-level positions with Morgan Properties and Archstone-Smith. While working with Home Properties, Mr. Hoyle managed a portfolio of more than 2,300 multifamily homes. He studied economics at the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.

Our plan is to continue to acquire value-add multifamily communities.”
