Continental Realty Corporation Selects Susan Burke as Regional Portfolio Manager in South Carolina

BALTIMORE, MD (April 10, 2023) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company with a portfolio value exceeding $3.5 billion, has selected Susan Burke as Regional Portfolio Manager for the South Carolina region. Burke, who brings 20 years of diversified residential real estate experience to CRC, spent the past three years as Regional Manager for Middleburg Management in Charleston.

In her new position Burke will oversee activities related to the daily operations of CRC’s three multifamily communities in the greater Charleston metropolitan area. This involves reviewing the performance of critical metrics such as closing ratios and apartment turn times pertaining to each asset, conducting on-site assessments to enhance community aesthetics, and providing training, mentoring, and motivation the team members at the communities she oversees. She will also participate in corporate events and meetings related to on-site operations. Burke will work from the Charleston area, where CRC owns and manages Central Island Square, The Six Apartments and Sweetgrass Landing.

Prior to her time at Middleburg Management, Burke held Property Manager positions at Grayco Properties LLC and MAA and worked as a residential real estate brokerage professional. She graduated from the Fortune Academy of Real Estate.
