Continental Realty Corporation Names Diana Serati As Vice President, Multifamily Systems
BALTIMORE, MD (January 21, 2026) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a national real estate investor and operator active in 15 states with more than $4.2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), has named Diana Serati as Vice President, Multifamily Systems. Serati brings nearly 20 years of multifamily property management and operational technologies experience to her new role.
Serati will lead the strategic direction for CRC’s multifamily systems environment and support structure. In this role, she will drive Yardi enhancements, improve workflows and reporting, strengthen training and onboarding, and partner closely with operations and accounting to elevate the day-to-day execution for teams across the portfolio.

CRC created the Vice President, Multifamily Systems role to strengthen the operational technology foundation supporting its growing Multifamily portfolio. The position is designed to drive greater consistency and efficiency across CRC’s multifamily operations by aligning systems, data, and workflows, enabling teams to operate at scale and deliver a more seamless experience for residents and onsite teams.
Serati joins CRC from Asset Living in Atlanta, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Systems Support. In that role, she led a team of 18 and oversaw multiple owner-specific Yardi environments supporting a large, national multifamily portfolio. Prior to Asset Living, she held leadership roles at First Communities, where she built and expanded systems support, training, and onboarding capabilities, and she also brings firsthand field experience from on-site and regional operations.
