Company also earns national award for “Superior Company Score”

Twenty-two local apartment communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) have earned a superior rating based entirely on the comments and feedback of the residents that live within each community. The survey is administered and compiled by Satisfacts, a third-party company that uncovers timely information about overall resident satisfaction and ways to improve the residential experience.

In addition, CRC also earned a national award for “Superior Company Score” based on the overall performance of communities, resident satisfaction, and overall corporate excellence.

More than two-thirds of all apartment communities owned and managed by CRC achieved the “A” List designation. Eight of the properties are located in Baltimore City, including Brook View, Cross Country Manor, Falls Village, Kenilworth at Hazelwood and Windridge, Mount Ridge, Northwood Ridge, Oaklee Village and Leeds Avenue, and Rock Glen. Eleven of the apartment communities are located in Baltimore County, including Cardiff Hall East, Courthouse Square, The Crossings at White Marsh, Doncaster Village, Donnybrook, Kenilworth at Charles, Kenilworth at Perring Park, McDonogh Township, Padonia Village,Ridge Gardens, and Stevenson Lane. Two Annapolis-area properties — The Reserve at Quiet Waters and Westwinds – were selected and two properties earned distinctions in Northern Virginia – 101 North Ripley in Alexandria, VA, and Chase Heritage in Sterling, VA.

“Our team is 100% focused on resident satisfaction, and the results speak for themselves. Every year, the majority of the properties Continental manages attain top tier scores on Satisfacts. We consider an extremely high honor – a direct rating from our residents that tells us we are doing the right things day in and day out,” explained David Donato, Senior Vice President of CRC.

“The feedback generated from these surveys is unfiltered and direct, and provides a valuable barometer in which we can also judge ourselves each year. We strive for high achievement across our portfolio and always take each comment seriously in hopes of surpassing our performance from the previous year.”
