BALTIMORE, MD (July 8, 2025) – Stephanie Shack, Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), has been awarded the “Top 100 Corporate Counsel Award” from OnConferences (OnCon), a national organization which provides a platform for executives and organizations to exchange ideas, and to foster growth and development within their respective fields. Shack has approximately 30 years of legal experience in the commercial real estate industry and volunteers with numerous local non-profit and community-based organizations.

OnCon Icon Top 100 Award winners are determined through peer and community voting, with voters instructed to select individuals who have made a significant impact on their own organization or within the broader industry. Awards honor leaders who contribute to their professional community through thought leadership, and who drive innovation and demonstrate exceptional leadership.

Shack oversees all activities of CRC’s in-house legal team of six professionals and provides legal support and strategic direction to the company, which owns and manages a real estate portfolio exceeding $4.2 billion and owns and operates properties in 14 states. She manages a range of financial, corporate, personnel and transactional-based issues and operational tactics for the entire company.

Shack’s board service includes President of the Board of Directors for Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation (GEDCO), Board Member and Secretary for The Maryland Book Bank and Board Member of United Way of Central Maryland Region United Network Baltimore City Board. Shack is also a Board Member for Wrestle Like a Girl, a nonprofit that empowers girls and women to use the sport of wrestling to become leaders in life. Shack was a D.C. founding member of Chief, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. Attorney Intel named Shack as one of the Top 50 Attorneys of DC for 2022.
