CRC Hires Melanie McCray as Regional Manager in Residential Division
Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has selected Melanie McCray as Regional Manager in the Residential Division. She was formerly Regional Manager for Westminster Management.
In her new role, Ms. McCray will oversee the day-to-day leasing, operations and property and management functions for six separate apartment communities in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. This includes managing leasing pace, studying traffic patterns and occupancy projections, preparing budgets and interacting with residents, sub-contractors and the local community.
