Scofield brings more than 20 years of construction management focused on improving operations and long-term property value across multifamily communities.
Scofield will lead CRC’s capital planning, construction management, facilities operations, and enterprise-wide sourcing efforts across the company’s multi-state multifamily portfolio. He also performed service management tasks for RKW Residential, RAM Partners, Monogram Residential, and Concord Management.
