LaVerne Smith

I have worked in the real estate management business for many years in various roles, from an administrative assistant to an assistant vice president of cash operations. Believe it or not, I became bored and wanted to step outside of the corporate office to become a property manager. I was warned that property management was tough and that you never know where you may end up, due to properties being bought and sold. I finally made the move and I must say that I have no regrets. This has been the most challenging career that I have had the pleasure of being a part of. I have managed over 20 properties, each one had its own unique personality and great team members that made my career successful. I chose CRC because, not only do they take the time to select the best candidates to represent them, but they take the time to invest in your growth. I am so happy to be a part of a company that values its employees and their success. I would recommend CRC to anyone pursuing a career in property management.
