Kelsi Bozel Holman

Working at CRC has been a very rewarding experience for me on many levels. I enjoy coming to work each day, working with my co-workers, and knowing that every day I will be presented with a different challenge. No two days are the same, and that is something that I love about my job. CRC has challenged me to learn many new things in real estate, get to know people and cities that I may not have ever come across, and taught me skills that are not only useful for the workplace but real life too. The team environment that we have not only within the Commercial Team but working with many other departments across the company is something that is unique and makes everything run smoothly. I enjoy getting to know the business by working with all the groups across many different fields and think that everyone working together like we do is what sets us apart. The people, culture, and environment that CRC has created over the past 60 years is one that embraces a healthy work life balance and makes the CRC community feel like family. When it came time for me to decide on a company, the reputation and values of CRC made the choice easy. I look forward to seeing how we will continue to grow in the years to come.
