Deborah Dell

Before coming to CRC, I had worked for the same company for a very long time. My former employer was very familiar with CRC and encouraged me to apply. Luckily, CRC had an opening at their corporate office in the accounting department and I was hired. Everyone has been so welcoming and it’s easy to see that the employees are highly valued by management. CRC provides many opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Whether it’s by attending one of the regularly-offered personal enrichment seminars, organized learning through CRU, or just brainstorming with coworkers, I am always learning. I also like how much CRC values communication. Whether it’s the annual meeting to tell us the state of the company, a text to let us know of a weather-related closing or anything in between, but management makes sure that everyone is always “in the know”. I feel so fortunate that I am a member of the CRC team, and hope to be for a very long time.
