Nineteen separate apartment communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) have been recognized for the “Top Rated Award” according to resident reviews submitted on ApartmentRatings.com. The multi-housing communities are situated throughout the Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Northern Virginia marketplaces.
