CR South is an affiliate of Continental Realty Corporation and Forman Capital, LLC. We are a real estate investment and development company that specializes in fast, creative solutions for owners and lenders of troubled assets. We focus on properties where we know we can add value trough repositioning - often purchasing assets that are experiencing financial, physical, or occupancy complications.

CR South began Florida operations in 1995 with the purchase and renovation of the Bed Bath & Beyond Shopping Center in Naples, Florida. We have since acquired numerous other shopping centers, apartment buildings, and other assets including the construction of over $100M in development projects.
